Minimum access
PostReply Inbox uses Google data only for user-initiated features. Google Picker grants drive.file access only to the spreadsheet the user selects, for previewing columns and importing contacts; other Drive files remain inaccessible. Google Calendar access checks free/busy availability and creates, updates, or deletes booking events, including Google Meet links.
Limited Use and AI
PostReply's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace data is not used for advertising or to create, train, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.
PostReply separately supports AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq and, when enabled by an administrator, DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral or OpenRouter. Data obtained from Google Sheets and Google Calendar is isolated from those AI integrations and is not transferred to them. Google Sheets is not accepted as an AI knowledge-base source. Imported contact fields retain Google Workspace provenance and are technically removed before any outbound AI request.
Storage and user control
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and used only within the authenticated workspace. Disconnecting Google revokes the token and removes the saved connection. Imported contacts remain in the workspace until an authorized user deletes them.
